Our games and apps monetize their advertising inventory by allowing advertisers to run Google Play children and family-approved ads in their apps. To deliver these services in partnerships with ad networks and such services, we collect and process data within the bounds of the law.

Our Advertising Providers collect data regarding advertisement performance, user’s interaction with ads, our apps, and user’s interests. The Information is used only for limited purposes, taking into account the limitations regarding collection and usage of certain Information in Section ‘’Children’s Information Collection’’

By installing and using our games, you agree to let us use some of your data for different lawful purposes. These purposes include, but are not limited to:

Registration (Optional):

Some of our games may allow the creation of a public player profile to enable extra features such as participation in public leaderboards and increased user-to-user interaction. The creation of this profile is entirely optional and will not be required to play the game.

The creation of these optional profiles may require some additional information such as username and age. The username will be publicly visible, but the visibility of the rest of the information can be adjusted by the user through an additional settings panel.

Payment Information:

Our games and applications may have optional in-app purchases. A purchase may be initiated by the user, or by a legal guardian of the user if the user is a minor. To complete a transaction, several details such as the Name, Billing, Payment Addresses, and Complete Credit Card Information is mandatory for the payment processing partner, which is used to complete the payment and should be provided by the user.
